Hardee's is my fast food of choice for breakfast on the go. The service here is good but has a limited staff at times. Drive thru is quick and efficient, with rarely an item missing from your order. I have consistent issues with not getting the right food, or missing items from this location. Today, I was missing a chicken wrap, and the ones I got were the wrong flavor. Tried calling the number they provide for issues, and it hangs up on me. It's getting real tiring having to double check to make sure I get the food I actually paid for instead of being literally robbed. Food: 5 Service: 1

I have eaten at a lot of Hardees. It is my favorite restaurant after all. I usually get a Monster burger...thats my number 1 choice. The gentlemen that made it did an exqusite job. Best monster I ever had. The counter people were also nice. I dont expect people to be at my beck and call, because they have jobs to do. I didnt mind waiting a few extra minutes, because quality takes time. I appreciate they took the time to prepare great food for me and my wife. Stop being entitled assholes. You want good food. Wait for it.
