They were shouting over the drive-thru speaker and hurriedly processing orders at the window. Additionally, my order was incorrect.

The food is also... read more I drive from the other side of Camden, past our local Burger King, to go to this Lugoff BK. The staff here is extremely friendly and efficient. The food is also tasty! They were kind enough to customize my Impossible Whopper into a mushroom and swiss burger, which turned out to be delicious.

Her customer servic... read more I visited Burger King in Lugoff, SC around 5 pm and received wonderful service. Mrs. Princess took my order and was very patient and polite. Her customer service was excellent and I hope to see more of that from her in the future. The sandwiches I ordered were delicious, well-made, fresh, and hot. They were still warm when I got home, even though it took me 20 minutes to get there. The vegetables were fresh and beautiful in each sandwich. The kitchen staff did a perfect job. The young man at the second window who handed me my food was also very nice and gave me a welcoming smile. I think we need more of that kind of welcoming feel. Great job to the whole crew, especially to Mrs. Princess and Artina.

But I will say this Burger King is much better than the location on Spears Creek Church Rd. This location actually had iced coffee. And the employees were nicer.

I have called, even reached out to corporate and no one can be bothered enough to look into this incident. Went to the doctors, long term effects asa result, and they can?t even be bothered to give a call back or even offer a refund? It?s beyond the refund point now. Do notgo here if you value your insides remaining in your inside.
