This was the best Bojangles experience I have ever had, and possibly the best fast food experience as well. The service, food and atmosphere all scored a 5. This restaurant deserves zero stars. Firstly, the line took forever even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Serving breakfast gravy on mashed potatoes is disgusting. They didn't provide forks and were very rude and rushed when taking orders. View all feedback.
The food was delicious, but the service at the counter was lacking. The waitress appeared impatient, constantly checking her phone instead of focusing on taking orders. She had to be reminded of the order multiple times, leaving us unsure if she got it right.
The chicken was dry and old, and the staff was rude and disrespectful.
The chicken breasts were undercooked, and the drive-thru worker seemed uninterested in being there.
