I visited Burger King in Lugoff, SC around 5 pm and received wonderful service. Mrs. Princess took my order and was very patient and polite. Her customer service was excellent and I hope to see more of that from her in the future. The sandwiches I ordered were delicious, well-made, fresh, and hot. The staff at this restaurant were impolite and uncooperative, failing to perform their duties properly. They were shouting over the drive-thru speaker and hurriedly processing orders at the window. Additionally, my order was incorrect. View all feedback.
