While some patrons relish the outstanding sandwiches and friendly service, others express frustration over slow service, shortages, and inconsistent quality. Issues such as abrupt behavior from staff and closing times have left a sour impression on some visitors. However, the ambiance and cleanliness of the establishment, along with the freshly cut meats, have garnered praise from new customers. For many, the restaurant remains a nostalgic favorite, offering cherished meals that feel like home. Overall, it remains a mixed bag, promising great food but demanding more attentive service.
The staff at the restaurant are always friendly and I really enjoyed my Tuna salad plate. The service was great for a take-out dinner and the price per person was between $20-30. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5-star rating. I recommend trying the Tuna Salad Plate, Chicken Salad Sub, Garden Salad with Cheese, and Mini Sub Meal.

The food was not made as requested online. Tried to give me an incomplete order. I ordered chocolate chip cookies. They were out. I ordered 2 large sweet teas. They were out. I had to ask for replacement cookies and then asked for a refund of our drinks. I was told I would have to come back for that because the manager was not in the store at that time. Worst substation II experience that I had ever had. Service: Take out
I always have a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and it really brightens my day, especially when I'm feeling down. The food is consistently delicious and they make you feel valued when you place your order. This is definitely my go-to place for subs. I would rate the takeout service, food quality, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
I recently found a place that was able to generously add oil and vinegar to my sub! It was absolutely delicious. Service was for takeout, for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Sub, which was choice number 2 out of the 19 options available.
