Ordered diet Pepsi rec'd regular pepsi (can't have the sugar). First time ever eating at KFC since moving to Lufkin. Will never order again. Tried calling the location at least a dozen times and nobody answers the phone. With the prices you charge, shame on you for lousy customer service snd outright laziness with getting a simple order correct. Ridiculous. Delivery driver was the only positive part as very nice. Beyond disappointing and a waste of hard earned money
