They did not have the container gor the... read more After seeing a sign saying 12 pc family meal with 3 sides and a 1/2 gallon drink of your choice we decided to get that. They did not have the container gor the free drink. I did ask if he could give me a fountain drink in place and he refused. All 3 family size sides were half full. No gravy with the mashed potatoes and I ordered dark meat only and it was all white meat. Heavily disappointed and won 't be back! Over 43$!!!! Have we not lived 30 mins away I would have taken it back!!!

The woman working at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly as well. Highly recommend!

However, when I got home, I discovered that instead of the breast pieces I specifically asked for, I received thighs instead. I paid extra because I don't like thighs. It seems that identifying chicken pieces isn't something they train their staff in.

Ordered Mac and cheese wraps. Got to the drive thru and they told us they didn't have tortillas to make them. Offered to make them in buns. Which we said ok. Wh... read more Ordered Mac and cheese wraps. Got to the drive thru and they told us they didn't have tortillas to make them. Offered to make them in buns. Which we said ok. When we finally got the order in the buns, no Mac and cheese just a chicken strips in a dry buns. Never gonna visit this KFC again.
