I have not been there in 15 years. I go to Herraduras a couple times a week, CiCis tags me. It was good last time I went, but paid for the buffet, and it had 1 pizza. Had to leave before they had more.
The cashier said they weren't honoring the Monday and Tuesday 4.99 adult buffet anymore. All of the pizza and food was old, and there were no attempts to make anything fresh even once customers started coming, all of the employees there were smoking outside the door or sitting in one of the booths, the ice and Dr. Pepper was out, and they were out of black pepper.
I will not be returning. The soup was essentially just water—no flavor and no fresh pasta. The plates were dirty, and there were no spoons available for the soup. The staff member working there seemed unfriendly, which contributed to the poor service.
Couldn't find an online order. Got the order and they can't tell between bone on wings and boneless wings. Food is decent if you get what you ordered.
No where near worth the money they charge. Spent 35 minutes there and only choice of pizza was cheese. Or spinach. No salad bar. One buffet with Dr pepper was 17.48. Ended up having to go to China hibachi to actually get some food
