I had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend and her family celebrating her sister's birthday today. While the food was just average—after all, it is Applebee's—the outstanding service made this a 5-star occasion. Our waitress, Kim, was simply amazing and incredibly accommodating. She was always on top of drink refills, provided great suggestions from the menu, and even though two of the orders were incorrect, she made sure the steaks were prepared to the right specifications and delivered them back to our table before the rest of the party had even finished their meals. Thank you, Kim! This 5-star review is for you and you alone!
The food quality is pretty bad. I think the only people giving 5 stars are the ones in the bar. I did notice that they offer a percentage off your meal if you give them a good review on google which is consider “buying reviews” and is actually against googles policies.
Have been a couple of times, trying different things, but food at this restaurant is always dry. Service only good some of the time. Went in for last time the other day. Waitress brought our drinks..and the whole time wiping snot from her nose. We canceled our order, finished our drinks and left. Wished we had not had the drinks. She made J sick with what I am hoping is only a cold. Also, not the first time children in back booth while parent working.
I enjoyed the food and drinks, but the staff had a mixed attitude—some were really friendly while others were quite rude.
Food was good, service was ok, bathrooms where nasty and whole back part stunk
