Wingstop - Lubbock

I am having difficulty ordering from this restaurant because nobody is answering the phone and the online ordering system is not working. I have tried calling both locations on 7th street and 4th street, but nobody has picked up. The restaurant needs to improve their communication for ordering.

I have had multiple issues with my orders from this restaurant, so I don't order from here as frequently anymore. There is always an error - whether it be missing sauce or seasoning, or mixing up wing flavors. This time, I ordered half boneless hickory BBQ and classic lemon pepper wings, but received boneless lemon pepper and classic hickory BBQ instead. It is frustrating to come home and realize the order is completely wrong. It feels like a waste of money.

The staff was excellent, but the food was barely edible. I am unsure about their policy on serving old food, but it definitely needs to be reconsidered. The fries were too salty and soggy, and the wings were dry and overcooked to the point where the chicken was crunchy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I tried calling for 30 minutes to place the order. No one answers the phone. They just automatically put it on hold. There isn't an option to pay cash online when you order so calling is the only way. I have kids, ordering ahead, and being nearby is essential to me choosing this location. Not anymore.. I suggest anyone that reads this to go somewhere else.

June 2nd, 2022. I had the pleasure of walking into this location at 8:30PM to be informed they are not accepting walk in orders. You do not want my business, that’s fine. I went to Canes instead, it was cheaper and faster than wingstop would have been.
