My wings were barely tossed in the sauce, so they tasted really plain like they didn't even salt it. My fries looked as if it was made from green potatoes which is not safe to eat. Ipaid for a whole meal, only to safely eat half of it.

It... read more As a pregnant lady and who?s being extra cautious about too much acidity/spiciness i must say i am both surprised and delighted that ?mild? actually is mild. Its like buffalo but toned a bit. I love it. This and Hawaiian are great. The staff is alwayssuper nice too. I got Hickory BBQ once and it was a bit spicier than i expected totally caught me off gaurd but i dig the mild.Ill be back for the hotter ones when my bun is done in the oven.

Sometimes there's hardly any sauce, other times there's no seasoning on the fried even when we request extra seasoning. This time Iordered half boneless hickory BBQ and classic lemon pepper wings and it came out switched. So I ended up with boneless lemonpepper classic hickory BBQ. Not much to do when you get home see the order is completely wrong, waste of money.

I called and asked if I could get an exchange and the guy on the phone satdi no, because we made arlready the food and you get what you ordered. Then I asked if I could get a refund, and he said no more for the same reason. Full BS. I have been working in food for years and we always give refunds or exchanges when a guest makes a mistake and other wing tips that have done for me. I don't know if this young man was the manager, but if he is, this wing attack needs a new one. I've never heard of such a policy. Get it together!
