Bad place to customer service. I placed a mobile order and came there at the predetermined time. I waited 15 minutes behind a person and they asked if someone had to be ordered. All were there for the pickup. They asked every name, I told them mine and was simply ignored like all others. All the time, my food was there and it got cold. I waited 20 minutes in Srore in addition to the 40 minutes estimate for online order. Last time I left, the staff went back to fight. This place is the reason I only get wings by 4 times a year. The food is good, but the service is the worst in the city.
Yalls phone service sucks I called 8 times lasting 10=15min each time because my husband really wanted wings from here and yall dont have the hot lemon on your app to order. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!
They never have any good drinks selection they always say they are out of flavors the flavors they do got taste flat this is happening more in more
It's been a while since I've eaten at this Wingstop because there's rarely anywhere to sit but today I got lucky and there was an open table. Everything was delicious but I do miss the days when the garlic parmesan was in butter instead of just drywings. Staff was courteous and nice and I enjoyed my lunch.
Couldn?t even sit down to eat unless i ordered ahead online (meaning they don?t accept cash) nor were the chairs even down for me to sit. employee came to the front eating and talking to me with food in his mouth visible for all (me him and my husband) tosee since there were no other employees. first time trying to return in about 6 years and won?t come back again
