I went through the drive-thru and ordered two burgers,... read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Whataburger location was truly disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. I was told the total was $19.25, and when I reached the window, I heard the same amount. I handed the employee exactly $19.25, but after giving me my drink, she closed the window and left my order sitting there to get cold. I tried to get her attention, but she just looked at me and then away, which felt rude. Several other employees gathered at the register, seemingly confused. Finally, another employee named Danielle opened the window, and when I asked for my order, she said it wasn't paid. I reminded her I had already paid $19.25, to which she responded, with a rather snarky tone, that the total was actually $19.35. I quickly handed her a dime and mentioned that if they had just asked for the extra ten cents initially, all the confusion could have been avoided. Instead, I ended up with cold fries, a cold burger, and a lukewarm drink. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
