Subway - Lubbock

Subway has really dropped in quality for me; I used to rate it an 8 out of 10, but now it’s down to a 1 after they removed plastic from their ingredients. Just take a look at the photo I posted! That’s all I need to say. I won’t be going back to any Subway again! Can you even tell the difference between a hotdog bun and a 6-inch sandwich from Subway?

Today, I decided to try this Subway. When I approached the counter, the employee making my sandwich introduced herself as Connie. Unfortunately, she treated me as if I were an inconvenience and rushed through my order. The sandwich was poorly made, which was disappointing. As I sat down to eat, I noticed that Connie was with an older man and began to belittle another employee in the lobby. It seemed quite unprofessional for her to behave that way, especially in front of customers. If this is how management operates, then the manager needs to be replaced. It's completely unacceptable to mistreat a worker, and doing it in front of customers is simply uncalled for. I don't know who the owner is, but they should really consider firing staff like that.

I placed an order today at 7:30, and everything was a mess. The staff seemed distressed, and the manager just laughed and showed no concern for the situation. The subway needs to be more selective about who they hire.

The people were not very friendly and I watched them touch the register with the gloves they made someone's food with then make another person's food im sure many people touched that register after taking money from everyone. I didn't eat there but I do like subways food just not that store.

I never post reviews, but that was particularly frustrating. After I got my sandwich and took a few bites, I noticed at least three hectares in this sandwich. who knows how many there were before I really inspected the food. absolutely disappointed, can actually overlook a single hair as a mistake, but the fact that there were three seems almost deliberate. people look before you eat. will not be back to this place.
