Starters came out quick and were delicious. We got a salmon dip and the buffalo cauliflower. The entree was beyond expectations. This is a jewel of West Texas. The braised lamb was delicious and tender, the salmon was perfectly done and the Buerre Blanc was perfect and creamy. Our server LANA was awesome, her trainee has some work before she can be cut loose. Highly recommend.

First we want to say that I was a great idea for a fine dining restaurant like this one to be located in the performing arts center. Very convenient for those who want to attend and even being hosted there. The food here was pretty good. I had the Mahi Mahi while my wife had the Fillet Mingnon. Along with these we had the corn and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese and the scallops were maybe the best of what we ordered. They had a different flavor than our other food and paired well with our drinks. If we do come back to Lubbock to come to another event like the Ballet or something else, we will definitely eat here again.
