When I entered to place my order, the lady taking my order seemed very confused, as if it was her first day.... read more I went to pick up dinner and was very disappointed. When I entered to place my order, the lady taking my order seemed very confused, as if it was her first day. She couldn't answer my questions and didn't know the menu or ordering system well. The manager had to fix my order on the screen, but then informed me that they were out of the soup we had ordered. When we got home, we found that both of our sandwiches were completely wrong.

We... read more Went to lunch here with my gf. No acknowledgement when we came inside. As someone who works in the service industry, these sort of first impressions matter. We didn’t experience the slow service everyone else mentioned (place was basically deserted), but everything was a MESS. Barely any clean tables inside, and everything is covered in food and crumbs. When it’s this slow, there’s no reason that things should be this messy. It doesn’t leave a good impression. No plans to return to this location.

Make sure you check your bag before taking off. They have a bad habit of not putting all your items in the bag. It could be one car in the parking lot and they still don't place all the items in the bag. Food already pricey.
