Some was black hair and some was like white little hairs wrapped in the lettuce. The lettuce was dirty like they don’t wash their veggies right or they dropped the veggies on the floor and didn’t care and still used it without washing it! Don’t risk it. I’m so disgusted.

When I entered to place my order, the lady taking my order seemed very confused, as if it was her first day. She couldn't answer my questions and didn't know the menu or ordering system well. The manager had to fix my order on the screen, but then informed me that they were out of the soup we had ordered. When we got home, we found that both of our sandwiches were completely wrong.

We... read more Went to lunch here with my gf. No acknowledgement when we came inside. As someone who works in the service industry, these sort of first impressions matter. We didn’t experience the slow service everyone else mentioned (place was basically deserted), but everything was a MESS. Barely any clean tables inside, and everything is covered in food and crumbs. When it’s this slow, there’s no reason that things should be this messy. It doesn’t leave a good impression. No plans to return to this location.

We returned from several yrs prior and liked of the service food oh how times havedefinitely changed!

The advertisement on TV says crispy chicken with crispy fried pickles .... read more Very disappointed in our first meal ever here. Ordered the Spicy Take Chicken sandwich. The advertisement on TV says crispy chicken with crispy fried pickles . What we got was soggy grilled chicken with no flavor and I had 2 paper thin soggy pickles .Not even remotely spicy and so not worth the $11.69 for each sandwich.
