Panda Express
Description
At this fast-food Chinese eatery, experiences can vary significantly. While some patrons enjoy the flavor of familiar staples like orange chicken and teriyaki, others report dissatisfaction with service and food temperature. Instances of unwelcoming staff and disorganized service create frustrations, especially during busy hours. Additionally, issues with lobby access and inadequate heating can detract from the dining experience. However, moments of exceptional customer service shine through, reminding diners that kindness can elevate even a casual meal. Overall, it serves as a convenient option for those seeking quick Chinese cuisine, though expectations regarding service and atmosphere may need adjusting.

Food was decent, but I think it was colder in the restaurant then outside no heat in the building made my dining experience very unpleasant the food was as cold as temperature. Will call next time to make sure that heat works. Food: 3/5
Today about 10 minutes ago to the university site. The person at the window seemed upset. Kept scream to us, what sauce! She grabbed the bag of the lining very aggressively some ok f out r food items almost spilled out of the bag on the floor. The boy was a mess.
Lobby is locked half the time, I’ve seen many truck drivers pull up to see the lobby closed and are then unable to eat. Drive through isn’t an option for those of us pulling trailers either.
So disappointed! I ordered a honey walnut shrimp shell with fried rice and 2 egg rolls in drive through window. When I was pulled out, I noticed that I didn't get my egg rolls, so I returned to get my egg rolls. The lady was very nice about it and gave me an extra egg roll (so the 2 star review). When I sat down to eat 20 minutes later (because as far as I live), I opened my container to find sweet sour chicken! That doesn't even sound like honey-walnut puppy! Wow!
Several times, the employees have locked all the doors while the restaurant is still open and customers are inside ordering and eating. This has occurred at both 9 p.m. and 4 p.m., during times when the restaurant should be open. The workers just stared at us when we attempted to open the door during operating hours.
