At this Panda restaurant, patrons often find themselves disappointed by the service and cleanliness. Staff friendliness has also been criticized, with many employees appearing disengaged, except for a few newcomers trying to offer a positive experience. Furthermore, a lack of menu availability and poor management practices have marred the dining experience. What Anonym dislikes about Panda Express:
This facility was a great, fast place to get food until about a month ago. I sat for almost an hour when I last went and decided to try again today because it was 430 in the afternoon and could not be so busy. Low and behold, they are still so slow and have secured a line because they cannot be “fast food” never again eating here. View all feedback.
The staff was very busy getting the food orders prepared. The restaurant was full. All of The tables were in severe need of sanitizing. The entire time I was there I didn't see a single staff member walk out into the eating area and clean a single table take out the trash the cans were already over flowing. They did keep the food like moving a bit better than some of the Panada restaurants I've been to. But that is like comparing a snail to a tortoise, neither one are known for being fast.
I went through the drive thru at 15 min to closing and was informed they had no rice or noodles and limited meats and sides. Just close if you can't serve your menu. Fried rice is about as cheap as it comes to make. May be my last trip to Panda Express.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, I did have one problem: we didn't get the appetizers we ordered. Be sure to check your bags before leaving!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER HERE, THEY MAKE IT WRONG!I ORDEREDCHOW MEINKUNG PAO CHICKEN &BROCCOLI BEEFWELL THEY PUT ORANGE CHICKEN, AND I HATE ORANGE CHICKEN.ALSO THEY NO LONGER GIVE A PURCHASE RECEIPT, MAKING A RETURN WORSTPLEASE PANDA EXPRESS, RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.
I was very disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The rice I received was undercooked and all the food options seemed to be running low. I reluctantly chose the beef and broccoli, which had a terrible taste. The wontons also seemed stale as if they had been sitting out for a long time. Ultimately, I was so dissatisfied with my meal that I ended up throwing it all away and leaving the restaurant.
