Panda Express
Menu
The menu of Panda Express from Lubbock contains about 10 different menus and drinks. On average you pay about $7.3 for a dish / drink.
At this Panda restaurant, patrons often find themselves disappointed by the service and cleanliness. While the kitchen works diligently to prepare food, the dining area suffers from inadequate sanitation, with overflowing trash and unclean tables. Staff friendliness has also been criticized, with many employees appearing disengaged, except for a few newcomers trying to offer a positive experience. Furthermore, a lack of menu availability and poor management practices have marred the dining experience. Overall, if you're seeking a pleasant atmosphere and good service, it may be best to explore other dining options.

What Anonym dislikes about Panda Express:
This facility was a great, fast place to get food until about a month ago. I sat for almost an hour when I last went and decided to try again today because it was 430 in the afternoon and could not be so busy. Low and behold, they are still so slow and have secured a line because they cannot be “fast food” never again eating here. View all feedback.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, I did have one problem: we didn't get the appetizers we ordered. Be sure to check your bags before leaving!
I stopped visiting Panda Express on 82nd Street due to poor employees now I am no longer going to the South Quaker location. The staff has always been friendly at this location. Panda Express's signature entree is a delicious Orange Chicken. A business should ALWAYS have their signature entree available, not this location. They had no sides except their chow main. The only entree I wanted that they actually had was one serving of Kung Pow Chicken. No egg rolls were available. They did not even have any soy sauce. Their plates are not inexpensive and when you do not have over half your entrees either make more or close your doors.
I had the worst customer service experience at Panda. The employees were unfriendly and lacked emotion, the food was marked incorrectly, and the restaurant was dirty. When I asked about the poor service, I was told that they were preparing to close even though they still had over an hour left until closing time. Overall, I do not recommend this chain restaurant and suggest avoiding it at all costs.
If you're looking for cheerful and welcoming staff, this may not be the place for you. There was one new employee who seemed to be making an effort and was pleasant, but the rest of the staff appeared to be in a bad mood. The food was decent, with the usual fast food Chinese offerings.
