Was Jomama Suzan at Kfc a mag?
On February 15, 2022, I was very disappointed with my meal (number 15). The chicken breast was tough, and my mac and cheese was cold. I drove back to the drive-thru to request a receipt, but I was informed that the printer was broken. What should I do now? View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Kfc:
When we showed we had to wait 15 minutes before our order was even taken. When we got our food, I had to wait 5 minutes to ask for a spoon. I had to get the manager who was sitting at a table working on reports to get up and get me a spoon. The best service appeared to be at the drive thru. I saw several other people have the same dine in experience. View all feedback.

We waited 20 minutes for chicken. And when we got it was cold. And they forgot half of our order. Then when we waited 15 more minutes when we got it the chicken was cooked in such a hurry the taste was different. Let's just say we were very disappointed in our visit.

Driver went through, friendly representatives who got the orders right. Great! The food was hot neither hot nor cold another ingenious everyone was happy with his order when each of us came home. Third super. Win, Win.Food: 5/5

Went to get dinner for my large family. They did not have enough chicken for 2, 16 piece. Even with and hour and a half before they close. They said the could not cook what we wanted because the had no cook on shift. I had to go somewhere else to get rest of my food.
