I drove back to the drive-thru to request a receipt, but I was informed that the printer was broken. What should I do now?

We waited 20 minutes for chicken. And when we got it was cold. And they forgot half of our order. They said the could not cook what we wanted because the had no cook on shift. I had to go somewhere else to get rest of my food.
