The drinks were medium when I asked for large and didn?t even get the 3rd drink on the order. The chicken wasn?t available for an 8 piece so I agreed for half and half crispy andoriginal. At what point does management step in for this store? I asked for a receipt and was told that the receipt machinedoesn?t work. I gave this place a second chance and am very disappointed. I attempted to call the store but the phone line isbusy for every attempted call. Not to mention the store lights are completely off every night. Someone needs to fix this ASAP!

When I asked at the window if I could place an additional o... read more The woman working the drive-thru was unfriendly and even rude. Additionally, my order was incorrect. When I asked at the window if I could place an additional order on a separate ticket, I was told I had to drive around again to do so. There was no one else in line, and it wasn’t even a busy time. I found this very petty. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this location again.

Avoid going at 5pm because of their shift change. They won't take your order during this time, resulting in a 15-minute wait. When I asked whether I should stay in the vehicle or pull around, the only response I got was that they wouldn’t take my order due to the shift change.
