Not only did... read more Second location I visited on my lunch break because the other one wasn't getting my order right and were once again out of a main item on the menu. Not only did the second location also get my order wrong but it was cold. Great work KFC, never going to ANY location again.

The dining area was quite poor, with only 3 to 5 chairs, almost as if they were discouraging people from eating in. The soda station was lacking too. We visited at 1 PM, and it wasn't very busy.

If employees are... read more I just used the drive-thru at the Lubbock Slide location, and the older Mexican man with grey and black hair taking orders was incredibly rude. If employees are allowed to behave with such a bad attitude, I won’t be spending another dime there. He definitely needs to be reprimanded.
