Really clean, fast service, a little more greasy than expected but absolutely delicious! Enjoyed every bite a d even took some home!
Second location I visited on my lunch break because the other one wasn't getting my order right and were once again out of a main item on the menu. Not only did the second location also get my order wrong but it was cold. Great work KFC, never going to ANY location again.
Johnny is a one-man show who did an incredible job attending to both drive-through and walk-in customers. As far as I could see, he was the only person working. He truly embodied what a positive attitude should look like.
I just used the drive-thru at the Lubbock Slide location, and the older Mexican man with grey and black hair taking orders was incredibly rude. If employees are allowed to behave with such a bad attitude, I won’t be spending another dime there. He definitely needs to be reprimanded.
I ordered the 4-piece tenders and paid, then had to pull forward and wait for 5 minutes. When they finally brought my order, it was wrong. I went back to the window, and the staff were laughing and goofing around. They only gave me 3 tenders and 10 fries. I will never return and do not recommend this place.
