If employees are... read more I just used the drive-thru at the Lubbock Slide location, and the older Mexican man with grey and black hair taking orders was incredibly rude. If employees are allowed to behave with such a bad attitude, I won’t be spending another dime there. He definitely needs to be reprimanded.

I went back to the window, and the staff were laughing and goofing around. They only gave me 3 tenders and 10 fries. I will never return and do not recommend this place.

During our last two visits, each restaurant appeared outdated, poorly maintained, and in disarray. Sticky floors, dusty walls, and unclean restrooms were disappointing. The service has also declined, with staff showing sloppy uniforms, negative attitudes, and a lack of enthusiasm. Despite the great menu, the overall experience needs improvement.

The dining area was quite poor, with only 3 to 5 chairs, almost as if they were discouraging people from eating in. The soda station was lacking too. We visited at 1 PM, and it wasn't very busy.
