Seriously the worst chipotle EVER! the workers are so rude. i asked for a specific meat on my bowl she put the wrong one so i asked them to remake it with what... read more Seriously the worst chipotle EVER! the workers are so rude. i asked for a specific meat on my bowl she put the wrong one so i asked them to remake it with what i asked and they were giving me attitude and then barely put any meat on it. then i asked forguacamole on my bowl she didn?t put it so i asked the guy at checkout if it was on my bowl the girl was like you didn?t askfor it and i was clearly i did i know what i ordered and she gave me a dirty face when they are the ones who messed up. idrather drive to the other side of lubbock then go back to this chipotle.

I am deeply saddened to have to writing this review about one of my favorite restaurants. This location has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered... read more I am deeply saddened to have to writing this review about one of my favorite restaurants. This location has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. When I approached the counter the employee meet me with a snarky attitude. I asked how longthe veggies on the grill would take and she would not give me an answer nor ask how much longer it would take. I was more thanwilling to wait but that response just made me want to leave. I then asked for double chicken and she preceded to give me onehalf scoop and pushed my bowl down the way. I was so upset and distraught that I just told them to throw it away. I am veryupset that such a repeatable food brand is operating with such rude employees and tactics. Many of the people who frequent thislocation are college students and if the practice of giving less food keeps up all they are doing is stealing from collegestudents.

They consistently nail your or... read more Normally I don?t like to eat out at chain restaurants when I?m traveling, but chipotle is the one exception, and for good reason. They consistently nail your order! This location is no exception. They are fast, clean, nice, and the ingredients werefresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
