What User doesn't like about Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill:
We stopped in with the family on the way home from Halifax. The hostess couldn't have cared less.......the waitress was a combination of unbelievably rude and disinterested.When both of our ribs arrived they were stone cold! Disgusting!Then when I walked past the servers that were congregating near the back wall on my way to the washroom I heard one of the say "That's one of the fags with kids!".........Couldn't get... The sauce is thick! the glasses are cooled and the parmesan is real! the waiting staff was wonderful. we are going back?
Truro offers a lot of dining choices, however, we felt like something simple and good, with no surprises. Swiss Chalet is always a good bet.
I don't even think they should call it chicken anymore at this place. Last time we were here the chicken was so small we left hungry and went somewhere else to eat afterwards. Also, on a previous visit the drive thru lady scanned her own Scene points right in front of me when I told her I didn't have a card. I emailed the store and never heard anything back.
