Feedback
We were in the mood for dumplings for dinner tonight, so we searched for the closest place. It was our first visit to Dumpling World, and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent—very friendly, quick, and helpful. The dumplings were fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to return very soon!
The service was delightful, and the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the beef brisket noodle soup (delicious!), wonton noodle soup, a plate of dumplings, and pan-fried buns—everything was fantastic! It was more than enough for four people, and when we split the bill, it came to about $11 each. Not a bad deal for such a satisfying lunch!
Johann Go and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service from our waiter was excellent. I would highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return.
This place is yummy!!! Ordered lemon chicken (RECOMMEND), orange beef, salted fried squid (veryyyyyy salty), asnd dumplings...great service, cute place with yum food!
Dumpling World has emerged from where Magic Wok once occupied a busy corner on Jackson Street for many years. We'd tried (and failed) to dine at Dumpling World on several occasions but could never quite work out their opening hours. Last weekend, we got lucky and found the lights on and the doors open. The menu is extensive and beautifully presented. We shared classic deep fried pork and chives dumplings to start. They were slightly oily but the filling was delicious. For our main courses, we shared two dishes. The classic orange beef was good but not as flavoursome as we've had elsewhere. The dish we enjoyed most was stir fried shredded pork with Peking bean sauce and pancakes absolutely delicious and very filling. Service was friendly and efficient and BYO is a bonus. We're keen to come back once we work out when they're open.
