They had an issue with their freezer and our custom ice cream cake order melted. They offered me 50% off the cake but we instead asked for a new one to made the next day. They happily did so and even seemed to upgrade the icing decorations as there was more detail in the new cake. I love this Dairy Queen! The food and deserts are so good! But some of the staff need an attitude adjustment! That will not deter me from going there though!
