They had an issue with their freezer and our custom ice cream cake order melted. They offered me 50% off the cake but we instead asked for a new one to made the next day. They happily did so and even seemed to upgrade the icing decorations as there was more detail in the new cake. They had an issue with their freezer and our custom ice cream cake order melted. They offered me 50% off the cake but we instead asked for a new one to made the next day. They happily did so and even seemed to upgrade the icing decorations as there was more detail in the new cake. I would've gave 5 stars but sadly when I went to pick up the new cake, they still gave me the melted one so I had to go back. They quickly got me the correct cake but I still waisted am extra 20 minutes when the cake was already a day late.
Service was quick and good. Ice cream was delicious!!!

I love this Dairy Queen! The food and deserts are so good! But some of the staff need an attitude adjustment! That will not deter me from going there though!
