Wendy's - Lowell

I was very impressed by the politeness of the staff while I was ordering through the drive-thru. They were proactive in offering helpful suggestions, which made my visit really enjoyable. A big thank you to everyone who works there—without them, I'd be missing out on my Frostys and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Honestly, what would a girl do without those?

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and provides a variety of seating options, including small chairs and tables for young children. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. Even the mustard and honey sauce was seasoned with black pepper, which spoiled its flavor. I definitely won’t be returning.

I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I once had the best burger ever here, but that was just a single occasion. Every time I've been back since, it's been disappointing. Requests like "no tomatoes" often lead to unexpected toppings, and when I ask for "extra" bacon, they barely add one slice. It's just a huge letdown every time.

Just got Dave's single and sm fry. Disgusting. The French fries were dry as cardboard and cold. And I think they took the cheese out of the fridge and threw it on my hamburger. Wasn't melted at all. Waste of money.

They are a hit or a miss from this Wendy's. My nuggets are always soggy. They have messed up hamburgers before. Though if you go to eat inside they are delicious and nice.
