Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive dining experiences, the overall feedback for this restaurant is mixed. Complaints include terrible customer service, missing items from orders, and a decline in food quality. While some patrons appreciate the friendly staff, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere, others have had negative encounters with rude employees and subpar dishes. Although this restaurant has its loyal customers who enjoy their sushi, bento boxes, and stir fry, recent incidents involving poor service and food quality have caused some diners to reconsider returning. It appears that consistency in both food preparation and customer service is critical for this establishment to retain its clientele.

Terrible customer service and the owner is extremely unprofessional and rude, definitiw racial profile me. I ordered sweet sour chicken with boneless ersatz ripening and low my (ruffled it came with rice as the menu combo indicated), but when I got my food, it came with half low that not even the bottom of the container, chicken finger, 4 pieces of boneless ersatz ripening and sweet sour sauce on the side. When I arrived with my sweet sour chicken and my missing rice, I asked if I could get another huh that actually came on with sauce and the manager raised her tune on me and said if they don't like how we make our sweet and sour ****, they can get a refund and eat somewhere else! I told her that her respectful ton and her posture was unnecessary and I just wanted to look something similar to the sweet acidic huh should as if they would see it online or in another restaurant. the manager then decided to pick up my eating from my own and throw my already paid for order in the garbage and told me to get a refund as if I said I didn't want to eat my food. when I waited for the authorities to arrive, the manager went on the retreat and came directly to me with a pitcher of water and told me that I was out, I was not welcome there to step on to me with the filled pitcher of water w/ intention to spill it on me, but the police had come to the restaurant. the fact that everyone in the restaurant was white, including the gitarren player, I feel as if I was treated like that because my race and the manager hadn't treated that each of these customers were acting on this wise. disgusting behavior, especially by a manager and I will never go back to this racist place.
Thanks for always surpassing my expectations! the food and drinks are always fantastic, would recommend everyone in the opposite or merrimack valley!
This place is awesome. Came here for the first time for Christmas. Was busy but are food and Sushi was top notch! Definitely coming back.
Joe is the best ! Top notch flavor and perfect for downtown area! Drinks are great !
