Taco Bell - Lowell

My colleagues and I enjoy the burritos at this restaurant, but they are often messy to eat. The ambiance is beautiful.

This is the best food place I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and makes sure that customers are happy. The last time I visited this Taco Bell, I ordered a big meal with my friend. They served us our food in just 2 minutes, even though the employee apologized for the brief wait. They even added extra potatoes to our spicy potato soft tacos, which was a nice touch.

I ordered a crispy pack and a deluxe box, but there was not enough meat to fill a regular-sized taco. The taco only had three small pieces of chicken and barely any toppings. Overall, I was disappointed with the portion size and quality of the food. I would not recommend going to this taco restaurant.

The food was decent and the service was incredibly quick at this restaurant. However, I was puzzled as to why they placed a long line of safety cones to outline the drive-thru, forcing everyone to navigate through 8-9 large potholes that were about 6 inches deep each. Interestingly, the road beyond the cones was perfectly smooth.

Even though the lines are still very long, they work extremely fast so the line moves quickly and you don't get stuck waiting. Additionally, you don't have to worry about missing items as I haven't experienced that in a long time. This is what I call great teamwork!
