I recently stopped by around 11:30 AM a... read more I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be fantastic years ago, with a staff that genuinely cared. I recently stopped by around 11:30 AM and ended up waiting about 15 minutes in the drive-thru with just two cars ahead of me. To top it off, my coffee was incorrect! There's nothing more frustrating than waiting that long only to find out your order is wrong. It’s truly disappointing to see how this place has changed.

My only complaint is that half the time the croissants are either sold out or there’s a delay in their shipment. Other than that, I really love Dunkin'!
