Was Jean Efraim DOSSOUS at Dunkin' a mag?
I ordered an iced coffee one morning, and it was definitely iced with coffee, not coffee with ice. The cup was already filled with ice when they topped it off with coffee, caramel, sugar, and cream. View all feedback.

What Dayjean vandinter dislikes about Dunkin':
The service is inadequate; they frequently get orders wrong. One of the servers, who has dark hair, glasses, and is cross-eyed, is particularly rude. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. View all feedback.

Ordered an XL Coffee, and the cup felt lighter than usual. Took the lid off to check, and it wasn't filled up all the way

Placed an order on the mobile app. Placed the order waited 5 minutes left my house it takes 4 minutes to get there and still waited another 10 minutes for my complete order. The bagels were burnt and service was very slow. Yes I went in on a Saturday but it was one of the worst experiences I ever had with Dunkin

I waited 34 minutes for a medium coffee, a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, and a donut. They also charged me for three sausage egg and cheese instead of the one I ordered. There was one non rude staff member, no one got the orders correct. Horrible service.
