Unsure what happened today but I ordered a classic chicken with extra mayo. They put so much mayo on it that it was a sloppy mess. I couldn't pick it up to eat it like a sandwich. I had to use a fork which takes away from the overall taste when having to eat it piece by piece. The shredded lettuce was a huge mess mixed with mayo. I usually get better food here so not giving zero stars for this reason. Staff generally pretty friendly. Meal type: Lunch

My wife and I decided to go inside to order this time. What a mistake. This Arby's is hands down the most disgusting, gross, unsanitary restaurant I have ever been in! The floor was crazy sticky on the shoes. The railings haven't been cleaned in what looks like months. Let's just say that we were surprised that the Health Department hasn't shut them down. If their customer areas are this horrible, I can only imagine how putrid the kitchen is. My advice, avoid at all costs!!!
