Description

At a local fast-food chain, customer experiences vary dramatically. While some patrons laud the quick service, cleanliness, and appealing taste, others recount disheartening encounters marked by cold, poorly presented food and service missteps. Issues such as missing items and overly generous condiment applications have left a sour taste for many. However, friendly staff and a clean dining environment offer a glimmer of hope. Regulars cherish classic favorites like the Roast Beef Sandwich, yet inconsistencies in food quality suggest that improvements in preparation and attention to detail are needed. Overall, potential diners may want to manage their expectations before visiting.

I went to Arby's but they were out of bread for the Turkey Bacon sandwich, so I opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich instead. Unfortunately, it came drenched in enough buffalo sauce for five sandwiches, which was overwhelming. The chicken was sliced so thin that it barely resembled what was shown in the pictures—only about the thickness of a magazine. Given that there's a Culver's nearby, I can't recommend Arby's anymore. At $12 for the meal, it felt pretty overpriced for what I received. If the food actually looked like the photos, it might have been worth it. I ordered takeout.

I ordered a classic cheesesteak to take home, and it was missing the most important ingredient: the steak! Just a cheese sauce and peppers didn’t cut it. How do you forget to include the steak in a cheesesteak?! On top of that, they don’t have the baked potato that they’re currently advertising on TV, and they’ve downsized their fish sandwich (not sure if it's still on the menu). Plus, they seem to have stopped offering onion rings altogether. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but after several disappointing visits in a row, I’m done. Service: Takeout.
