We had a wonderful night's sleep at this peaceful little motel. The room was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of towels and bed linens. We couldn't hear any noise from our neighbors, allowing us to sleep soundly. The view in the morning was amazing. The staff even happily made us an extra coffee in the morning. View all feedback.

I recently visited a restaurant located in the Oyster Point Business Park and was disappointed with my experience. I had to wait for a waiter to attend to me, and the smell in the room was unpleasant. There were noticeable signs of wear and tear in the room, and I had to request a vacuum cleaner to clean it properly. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and there was evidence of mold under the washbasin. It als... View all feedback.
Late night snow prevented us from continuing our journey and we were worried about a little motel but we were pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the office was professional and kind, gave us a room in the back away from the sound of the highway. Linens and beds were adequate but the room was spacious with well-kept chain hotel furniture and impeccable maintenance. I mean not a drop of paint was out of place. Very clean. Little fridge and microwave in the room, desk, table and chairs one for the table and one for the desk. Lamps around the room. Awoke the next morning to find a cute town and many wineries and breweries in the area. Pretty motifs painted on the buildings and clearly the bricks were repointed and windows were new, complete with shutters. Very cute. Plotting a return trip!
My favorite place to stay when I'm in the area. Well maintained and clean accommodations.
Exceptionally clean. Very nice staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Trying to reach DC going north on 29, the Greensboro places were grim. The Lynchburg place i tried was more than I wanted to spend. Kept heading north. Saw the white fence of the Village Inn while going the speed limit. Turned around and went back. It was a good decision. Great people, service, room and rate.
My wife and I are used to staying in 5 star hotels on trips but got in a jam driving to the outer banks. Lucky for us the Village Inn had a room available at 10:00 at night to give us a bed to sleep in. Great personable welcome. The room was clean, the shower/tub was immaculately spotless. We would definitely stay here again as a stopover on a trip.
