The Avocado Lime Chicken Crema featured an overcooked chicken breast topped with a green sauce that seemed to come straight from a squeeze bottle. The rice served alongside was undercooked and rock hard. While the servers were friendly and hardworking, they appeared somewhat disorganized. I returned for burger night since the Edge was the only restaurant open on the property. The presentation of the burgers, served skewered with a steak knife, really sets the tone. I suggest steering clear of this restaurant if you can. Instead, grab something from the fantastic Market and enjoy it in your room for a much more enjoyable experience.

A special shoutout to Agnus, our server, who was incredibly friendly! The food selection is excellent. Tonight, my husband and I ordered the New York strip steak accompanied by roasted potatoes and fresh green beans. The steaks were exceptionally tender and topped with a generous dollop of garlic parsley butter. The green beans were served piping hot. Everything was absolutely delicious! There was a guitarist performing while we dined, which added to the ambiance. The restaurant is comfortable and very pleasant! I highly recommend it.

T... read more I went in with really low expectations, considering it's a captive-customer resort restaurant, but they managed to surprised me (with how bad it was, I mean). The salmon itself actually tasted good, but why even have other things on the plate that look like that...? Like, not even grocery store hot bar levels of presentation? Veggie burger had to be sent back because 1. there was a random big chunk of ham in the french fries lol and 2. they put it on a gluten free bun, which was almost inedible. The bun (among other things) was due to a communication issue with the ESL waitress, who was very very nice, apologetic, and did her duties well except for the language barrier. But when communication is almost the whole point of your job... Considering you don't have many options, I'd still choose to go here. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, I'd say!
