We visited 7/8/23 and I would specifically like to give a shout to John, he was our waiter during our visit and he did not disappoint. My mom got a cheeseburger with fries and I got a cheeseburger wrap, he was very helpful when we had difficulty with the Toast ordering and did everything the ole fashion way. He took his time and spoke with us about different things and honestly, I felt like I could have been friends with the guy. I love the cabin feeling with the wildlife decor at DB, it's place I imagine being stuck at during a snow storm with plenty of alcohol to entertain me. Be sure to check out their events page, as that is always full of fun things to attend.

The line to simply... read more We camp here so we can walk to the Basecamp. The past 3 times we have been here, everything is closed except the inside restaurant is closed. The line to simply get a beer is out the door and a 20 to 30 minute wait.

It feels like a grownup slumber party. Camping, great beer and decent food all in one location with full hookups. Thearea also has so much to offer. It can be hard to get a site there. If camping, beware that some of the odd numbered sitesrequire extra long sewer connections.

This is a belated review from a visit in April, and I'm compelled to write one even this late because I'm so grateful for the team at DB Basecamp for helping my... read more This is a belated review from a visit in April, and I'm compelled to write one even this late because I'm so grateful for the team at DB Basecamp for helping my group have an amazing night! We were doing a 10 year reunion in the region and spending theday doing a brewery tour with a rented bus. We were about 20 people and I was having a hard time finding a place that wouldaccommodate a group our size and within our budget. But the team and manager at DB were absolutely incredible and so helpful. Iwas pleasantly surprised that they were so welcoming of a group of our size, and were willing to work with us to get us a way toeat dinner together. DB Basecamp was the final stop of our brewery tour, and their team's helpfulness and professionalism helpedmake sure that we ended our day on a high note. The server was efficient and organized, and the food was surprisingly fast forhow big of a group we were, and for how difficult I know restaurant staffing has been in 2022. And the outdoor areas andactivities gave our group members some additional opportunities for camaraderie and fresh air. So thank you, Devil's BackboneBasecamp, for your kindness and hospitality that went a long way towards making sure our group had a blast! As the reunionorganizer I was extremely grateful to only hear positive feedback from the others. I can't wait to come back!
