Domino's Pizza - Feedback

What Lillian Brengman likes about Domino's Pizza:
Went through the drive-thru for pickup. Jimmy at the window was very friendly and professional. Got home with the food. Two items were not made well so I called the store. Tyler was a visiting manager. He gave me a credit for my next order and apologized for the issue. He, too, was friendly and professional. Bend over four weeks and I still haven't got my food replaced or a refund. When I called to complain In the manager told me he didn't care and to never call back and hung up the phone. Corporate told me they would have the owner. Call me when I complained to them. And the owner never did. They don't care about the customer service.
