What Anna Hill doesn't like about White Castle:
The service in the drive thru was terrible. My first experience at White Castle and my last!! I attempted to order special combos, no shakes, etc. Very limited due to only two employees working. I was also told the order would take 15 minutes to make. Love White Castle.... they closed all the restaurants in North East Ohio so finding this one while on a trip was a delight.
Always fast and friendly. Orders always right. And the girl at the register is smoking hott!
This was only my second time ever eating at White CastlesI have not eaten here for almost 9 years.
Stopped here for quick lunch before flight out of LouisvilleDon't have White Castle where I am from so I was excited to try it.
People who work here are rude, the administration can 't personal directly, instead of taking my order or asking me what I need politely I get that we only work two people now, and there are 80 burgers before them and there will be a waiting time. I said I have a door bag. Doordash orderings usually occur by 20 minutes and they did not manage to start the ordering and said I think they can be in the line, but it will be a waiting time.
