Meant to write this awhile back! This place makes great sausages of all kinds. Their Andouille is to die for. Buy some and make Chicken, Andouille, Filet Gumbo or add it to Red Beans and Rice or cut some up and add to your Jambalaya. Comme c'est bon! View all feedback.

Great sausages, great company and awesome owners! They donated sausages to the Louisville Fireworks show and they were fantastic. Even our kids loved them!
