Marco's Pizza - Louisville

I’m leaving this five-star review to counterbalance the unpleasant experience of a rude customer who tried to use an expired voucher and got upset when it didn’t work. This pizza place has spoiled me for any other pizzerias, even those at higher prices. Absolutely fantastic!

I absolutely love Marcos! Since I live just a few miles away, I usually order takeout. The staff is always incredibly friendly, which makes for great customer service! The pizza is deliciously cheesy, and I can't get enough of the garlic sauce. I really appreciate their loyalty program, too—there are always vouchers and fantastic offers available. I don’t think I've ever had to pay full price! It's a wonderful little business.

I stayed at a nearby hotel and ordered a cake from this restaurant. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, and the pizza I received was tasty and delivered in a timely manner. They even included paper plates, napkins, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes without me having to ask for them. The service was fantastic! I'll definitely order from here again when I'm back in the area.

The food is so good, always delivered earlier that expected and both in the business team and drivers are so friendly.

OMGOSH is this place amazing, the toppings are endless, could only eat one piece. So yes, they are more expensive then the others but when you can only eat one what’s the difference? The staff is so helpful and nice I couldn’t believe it. I literally walked out of this pizza place with a smile on my face and that’s why I am giving this place a five star, because they deserve it!!! Thanks for the great food and amazing customer service you sure don’t see that much in Colorado...
