Phenomenal food, great service, and there is a dog-friendly terrace! My wife, sister-in-law, and I stopped for lunch and we were all huge fans. We started with fried zucchini, and I got the fish and chips with peach and eyeberry cake for dessert. I strongly recommend stopping by! View all feedback.
What Danise DB doesn't like about Bittersweet Cafe Confections:
Very quaint and inviting. The staff is willing to help with the difficult decisions of which homemade delight to choose. I had the brisket breakfast burrito, a latte and a chocolate chip orange scone for later.(which was eaten on the way home. Lovely place, dog friendly, looking forward to enjoying the patio when it gets warmer. View all feedback.
February 25, 2022 - We had a fantastic lunch on a cool Friday, and it was our first time dining at this restaurant. It was a delightful surprise for both my wife and me. The ambiance is wonderful, with numerous cozy alcoves and private tables, making it an enjoyable spot. We ordered the hummus plate and the chicken fried steak, both of which were excellent and flavorful. It has a bit of a fun vibe, but it’s definitely worth it!
We stopped by for breakfast on a weekday morning. We ordered their chai latte and huckleberry milkshake to drink. The chai was excellent—not too sweet or spicy, just a perfect balance. The huckleberry milkshake was outstandingly sweet and came with delicious homemade whipped cream. For our meals, we tried the Italian agitator and the classic breakfast. The scramble was tasty, but the eggs were slightly undercooked and a bit watery. The classic breakfast was quite ordinary. However, the potatoes served with both dishes were beautiful and crispy. The cookies turned out to be the highlight of both meals. Overall, it’s a nice breakfast spot worth checking out if you’re in town.
The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and there's a dog-friendly terrace! My wife, sister-in-law, and I stopped by for lunch and we all loved it. We kicked things off with fried zucchini, and I had the fish and chips, followed by a peach and eyeberry cake for dessert. I highly recommend checking this place out!
We arrived on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. and were pleased that the business was so good that there was a short waiting period (15min). The coffee was delicious and I was happy to be offered as an option soy milk. The whole menu is so tempting so that my daughter and I narrow it to share on two plates; Biscuits Gravy with eggs and potatoes, and mixed berry crepe with eggs and bacon. One word for everything: exalted! All from scratches and amazing. Monica offers excellent service and of course we have some bakery products to go for later. Can't wait to go back!
This was our very first time visiting this establishment we're from Santa Fe and we had never eaten at a huckleberries a friend of ours said that she had been eating there for over 30 years she took us there for breakfast and it was wonderful very consistent other than the fact that my niece waited for her Mickey mouse face pancake for 45 minutes by the time everybody else was almost done eating her pancake arrived to the table they made up for it though by allowing us all to pick something we wanted from the big case we would visit again probably on our next visit to Colorado.
