This place is wonderful. We've there twice before and last night I took my wife there for her Birthday. Thomas the waiter did an excellent job of serving us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife had the large pork chop and I had the 740 meatloaf, both delicious. I highly recommend this place and will be back soon. View all feedback.
What Calliegirl doesn't like about 740 Front:
My husband and I ordered the caprese salad, the 740 unwedged salad and the orange roughy entree. The caprese salad was okay, we have had much better salads. The unhedged salad was pretty bad, we didn't finish it. The fish was nothing special. We will try this restaurant again and try some of the meat dishes, their specialties. I dimmed several times at 740 front, both for lunch and dinner. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Boulder County. Excellent food, service, menu, atmosphere, prices and place to enjoy alone or with friends. I grew up in a fine restaurant that my parents had for 32 years, so I am a bit of a dining snob to rate 740 front with 5 stars is a big thing!
Classy, with great food, drinks and staff. Food appropriately price, good variety, small plates as well as full dinners. The bar is phenomenal and the place has great history.
Best and favorite restaurant in town! I'm there once, if not twice, a week. The food is fantastic, the bar exceptional, and the staff and service are outstanding. Owners Fred and Robin are wonderful people who have created the perfect combination of atmosphere and offerings. The weekend brunch menu is amazing, not to be missed. If you haven't been to 740, make a point to go there soon, you won't be disappointed. Reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday nights.

Great happy hour! Terrific cocktail and wine list! I don't drink beer so I can't speak to that but husband liked the draft selection! Very steampunk atmosphere and the most beautiful bar I've ever seen! The oldest in Colorado in fact!
