I love the granita, it’s amazing but the service has really went down. Jerry must have changed locations or something because I haven’t seen him in a long time! If you ask for an orange juice with no ice, this is what you get. Of course this is a first for me, in over half a century in this planet. To justify, when questioned, the employee said, “that's how we do it to compensate for the ice”. She was also answering phone call on her headset “or maybe the drive thru?” while taking my order.
