I feel welcomed every time I walk in. I will go out of my way to make sure this is my Subway. I wish they were all just like thisstore.

Will never return again to this store... to somewhere you are so unwelcomed. Should be grateful you have employment. Makethe drive to Lenoir City! It's worth it!

I made an online order and I understand the machine didn?t work. It?s happened when I worked at one in August- November of 2021. But to leave one persondoing 4-5 sandwiches as you have customers waiting and the other employee is just sitting around in the back? That?sunacceptable! Then after waiting when my order was due to be ready around 1:30 it?s almost two and they are remaking my sandwichafter I had gotten the wrong one. I felt the need to go in the back and make it myself knowing I could and I still have anactive food license. Then as I complained about paying 13$ for two foot longs and getting one completely wrong Footlong I hearthe woman employee bad mouthing me how I should?ve just taken the damn sandwich. I have never felt more disrespected. Thoughthrough the second mistake they did try to make it up to me and I do appreciate it. They asked me if I wanted a cookie or extracheese. And for the effort that?s the only reason I?m giving two stars instead of just one. Dated: 02/20/2022
