While ordering there were 2 voices trying to give me the same information and neither of them would let me finish my question before answering. Then, when I opened my box, I thought they forgot to put the chicken in it because, as the pictures show, they were the size of chicken nuggets. One was even cut before being fried. When the biscuit is bigger than the chicken, it's not a tender. It goes without saying that I was still hungry. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the girl who served me at the window was very nice. Oh, and it was nice to hear the 2 coworkers behind her standing there having a conversation about one of their new dog toys they bought that looked like a duck...
The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. We were traveling from Alabama to Gatlinburg and we're so glad we decided to eat here!
Exceptional customer service and delicious food! I usually don't prefer Bojangles, but this location truly exceeded my expectations.
Chicken was cold fries where cold never got my BBQ sauce got a number 8 and a number 9 spent $20 dollars for cold food and they pretty much stole my money. Don't stop here to eat.
Had never been to a Bojangles before today. It was very good. I'm not big on fast food, but I would get this on a random road trip again.
