Great restaurant with very friendly owners! The breakfast buffet is really nice and the Wifi is probably the best in Muang Ngoy. Milkshakes are also really nice! Perfect place to just hang around for a bit and relax. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Phetdavanh:
The Swedish guy is excellent, helpful and very nice. We felt that his wife is just a little too competitive with the neighbours. I don't know how they or their neighbour get away with serving a cold buffet breakfast full of (should be) hot food items. View all feedback.

If you want to fill for the morning, its good value for the money, with delicious items. If you are a morning light eater, maybe go something else, like porch for cheaper and just as good food (but not a buffet). Even if you need any information, the owners are very helpful.
