in contrast to most restaurants in the city, bamboo garden has no extensive menu to choose. that is a good thing, for at least you will be eating out of fresh ingredients! we ordered a Thai Massaman curry, sticky rice and some lao roasted noodles. both dishes were excellent! packed with taste decent portions. good value for money (total of 50k!) A beautiful atmosphere with bambus and laternen. I had the moving frey noodles with tofu. a lot tofu and sweet. good sticky rice speaks English and German.
The menu offers less than other places, but each dish was master.
The lao and German couple lead family restaurant, very friendly and easy to communicate in English. the menu has many vegan options, we tried pad lao, yellow curry with rice and sweet and sour touch fired. the protion was generous and tasty. finally they get a clean taste and without msg. we need to try vegetable spring rolls, I think they're the only place they don't put into the mix. Remember the lao early roll has often been inside, also it says nice early roll in contrast to Chinese version, this was the only place we could try. a good solid kitchen, it would be more beautiful if it used more fresh crumbles.
