All the staff we interacted with were top notch; every single one of them was friendly, approachable, polite, and accommodating. Our lunch was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server Liliana (I think that was her name...sorry if not) was probably one of the friendliest and most efficient servers I have had in a long time. She was so enthusiastic and I loved the vibe she put out. I had my spa treatment with Kelsey and it was ahhhh-mayyy-zinggg. She is super kind and gentle and my skin is STILL glowing. The ambiance was serene and calming. The spa itself was beautiful. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
On September 27, I responded via email to Christy Guzman and told her I was willing to provide some additional feedback. She never responded to my offer.
Food was fantastic. The halibut was cooked perfectly and uniquely paired. The heirloom tomato salad was fresh and a perfect appetizer. The steak was wood fired and very flavorful. But, tres leches was a bit dry. The service was attentive and friendly. The ambiance is rustic, warm, welcoming, and casual. Overall we were very pleased with our visit and would easily dine here again.
I will not return here. Manager on duty was extremely rude, unapologetic, apathetic, and should NOT be a manager at such an upscale restaurant for this area, or a manager in the restaurant business at all! There was a severe food allergy breached in a dish. No apology from server or manager. When asked how is the tip distributed as we only wanted to tip the bus boy and sommelier (the only ones that seemed to care at all), it was shared that it is split so just 'leave no tip '. I have never heard this been the case that a manager actually verbalizes to NOT TIP THEIR OWN STSAFF. If anything LIE so that your staff receives money in their pocket. The manager needs to be a server or hostess at best. Not worth being treated with such utter disregard, disrespect, and blatant attitude of I don 't give a shxx.
