Corner House Cafe - Los Olivos

We got the breakfast burrito and the huevos rancheros. Food portion and quality weren’t worth the price (both around $15 each with no sides included). The service was also mediocre. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Tried to get a couple shots of espresso at 4:54 and was told it was closed. I mentioned that they don’t close till 5 and was met with a very rude “yah but I have to clean still” from the lady behind the counter. Espresso shots are simple to pull and don’t require much effort. Now, I’m a cafe owner and we close at 5. I expect my girls to serve until 5 and help customers. Very underwhelmed by the experience and customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The quiche was okay. The pizza was a 5-6. Not great and no ability to change toppings so likely premade or frozen . First staff said could make without cheese then later said not possible. Asked for water and the staff said okay but we never received it. Plastic utensils so thin they bend. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
