The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. I have witnessed rude customers causing trouble, but the employees here always remain polite and friendly. They truly deserve recognition and appreciation, including a tip jar and a raise, especially the manager who handled a difficult situation with a rude customer. View all feedback.

In my opinion, taste was good, the mashed potato and the Coleslaw was really good, but the chicken was really tiny, I think you can fine better options if you feel hungry
You will never get back here to screw up your order and give you no refund
Burritos used to be a good decent size idk if it?s due to inflation capitalism but they been slacking. Not only are the burritos smaller but portion size of meat is bad, I got more lettuce than meat! Might as well hit up the taco stands instead of buying at Pollo Loco..
The restaurant is very unclean, I only ordered because I didn't want to eat there... not recommended.
There are some places, whether mainstream or not that I want to keep myself. I am constantly reminded of this movie where sean penn does not take a picture of a majestic cat in some bergen high. the person with him is annoyed by seans action, but sean explains that some camera shots are best made with their understanding. they are the unpaid. this hidden gem is one of them. the inner could have changed over the years, but the memories last a life. I sit down and a minute later my order is ready to call the number. I get my orders from the bouncer and go back to my seat. the food for the greatest part keeps us back. some franchise do not cook the chicken all the way, and I have seen that actually bleeding and chicken juice from a bite. we all know the bright pink color after that exposed near the bone of the huh. at the time I didn't know about reviews. Yeah, that was years ago and that's mild ptsd. Nevertheless, it is where we have found for years that there was resistance. not really on food quality, but on the production of burritos. it looks like there's a special ability that's won. a well wound burrito can go through all bites that unwrapping.
