While some patrons rave about the outstanding pizza and exceptional customer service, others report frustrating encounters with undercooked dishes and lackluster staff responses. Complaints about high prices for pizza by the slice and misplaced orders add to the dissatisfaction. Moreover, confusion surrounding a name change from Damores to Bobby's has left some customers feeling bewildered. Despite its loyal following, the restaurant struggles to maintain consistency, leaving diners torn between praise and disappointment. Overall, it appears there's room for improvement in both cuisine and customer care.
While in Southern California for work, we decided to grab dinner at a different restaurant that turned out to be terrible. Still feeling hungry, we opted to order pizza instead. It was hands down the best pizza we've had in a long time. As frequent travelers for work, we try different places, but this pizza did not disappoint. The customer service was outstanding, receiving 5 stars, while the pizza itself was a solid 10 stars! We were highly impressed and will definitely be recommending this place to others, especially considering the constant stream of customers every time we passed by.
I recently ordered a stromboli for delivery from this restaurant. It was undercooked, with the pizza dough barely baked. I had to request a refund from the delivery service. I will not be ordering from here again.
I went to a restaurant and they forgot to include a piece of pizza in my order. When I went back the next day to get a replacement, they had a bad attitude towards me when I asked for a free cookie. I had to deal with her nonsense the whole time. It seems like the name of the restaurant has changed to Bobby's, as they answered the phone saying "Babby's Pizza." It was confusing when I was looking for Damores. The staff should have clarified the name change to avoid confusion. The pizza was not good anyway. I would give this place 0 stars.
I ordered a calzone it was filled only in the middle, both sides were just dough (for $36 I was expecting something more decent) and it would be “ok” until I found a hair sticked in the cheese…
Bianco is the best, crispy n thin a little gourmet. I tried other stuff but they are average in taste...Very friendly customer serviceOpen until 4am
