I ordered an 8-piece wing with fries, but while other diners were placing their orders, receiving their meals, and enjoying their food, I was still waiting for my smaller order. The wait time was nearly an hour. In a previous similar experience, there was a young guy at the front who was only taking payments but seemed especially focused on ensuring that one particular guest received her food. He would check for her order every time one was ready and even stepped in front of another worker to personally hand it to her. Meanwhile, my order was just sitting on the shelf as I watched this unfold. The restaurant definitely needs to improve its front-of-house management.

Will not go back.

It was obvious they had an efficient system in place! Everything was hot and fresh, which definitely helped lighten my rough day.
